Can't able to get all cells from apps

Hi, 

I' m trying to pull all the cells from apps is there any method or any request which returns me complete cells from all the apps or from any single app, and what are the parameters should i need to pass for the request, 

please provide me any request object, so that it would be a detail informative and very helpful,
