Cannot See Installed QlikSense Extension

Hi

I have downloaded the Bullet Chart QlikSense extension from copied the it.BulletChart folder toC:\Users\Bill\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Extensions but when I open QlikSense Desktop and look for it under Charts I cannot see it.

No doubt I need to do something to see but what ?

Hi Bill,

I tried this an it appears that there are several zipped folders.

Can you confirm that the folder your copied did not have a .zip at the end.

Just in case you made the same mistake as me.

Ooops !!  I had the a folder under a folder, as in :

• C:\Bill\QlikSense\Extensions\it.BulletChart\it.BulletChart\

When it should have just been :

• C:\Bill\QlikSense\Extensions\it.BulletChart\

Thanks for prodding me to have a check the folder name for a .zip as that was when I noticed.
