Cannot load data on Qlik Sense Cloud

Hello,

I tried to raise this issue on the support portal but I don't seem to be able to login on this portal.

For the past few days I have not been able to load the data from my lib on Qlik Sense Cloud to update my applications.

Do you know if it is a general problem and when it will be solved?
