Certificate issue

Hi All

I am getting below message for the certificate:

Also, even though it is showing certificate is not valid, its expiry date still exists.

I have searched multiple article in community but I am not getting single path from where I can start resolving this issue.

Kindly guide.

Are you using the self signed certificate that is delivered with QlikSense or do you have your own?

Is this a new install or did it just stop working?

We have our own. 
I am not sure about because I am recently tagged to project to came across this issue.

This article is about how to change certificate in QlikSense. But it also has information about the requirements on the certificate, so it might be helpful. You should be able to see in the proxy log what certificate is being used. If the certificate is not valid it should revert back to the self signed certificate from Qlik. The certificate information gets logged at startup of the service. Look for this log in the Trace folder, QLIKSERVER1_Security_Proxy
