Change Profile Picture Qlik Sense SaaS

Hello everyone,

Do you know how I can change the user profile picture in Qlik Sense SaaS?

I've tried the Profile Settings, Account Settings, Qlik ID and none of them work 😞

If you are using ypu Qlik Accounts for login into Qlik Cloud then it should be your image for your Qlik Account that is presented.

If you don't see the change straight away I could be some kind of cache delay.

If you have configured authentication using SSO then the images setup are defined in that SSO configuration.

I can't find where to change the image for the Qlik Account. I tried changing the avatar in Qlik Community, but it doesn't reflect on SaaS.

Create a profil on https://fr.gravatar.com/. Qlik Sense Saas use gravatar image.

so all the users in my organization must create a Gravatar profile in order to have a profile picture in Qlik Cloud?

That doesn't make any sense. must be a simpler solution than that.
