Changing field values for USERS using Section Access

Hi Experts,

        Is there any way to mask field values using section access?

For Example

 My Data:

Country Sales

USA      4300

UK        5000

My USER A should see data as it is 

Country Sales

USA      4300

UK         5000

My USER B should see data as

Country Sales

Country1 4300

Country2 5000

Please help me out of this
