Charts for previous month with different date format

Hi all,

I am trying to have a chart only show values for the previous month. In the same app I have used

count(if(InMonth(Date_LOH,today(),-1), [Job # LOH]))

for the previous month. But the problem is I have new data on the same app with a different date format. The new data format is MM/YYYY compared to the M/D/YYYY. I have tried to adapt the data but I have not been able to get it to work. I want to count the Category Safety and my date field is Month of Inspection. Thanks in advance!
