Check Null Values in KPI Box

I have  a Data . Where is need to show count if Sales Data is missing  based on Product, Customer.

IS Null ,Len(Trim),ALT Not Working .

Hi, have you tried NullCount(Sales)

Or: Count(Customer)-Count({<Sales={"*"}>} Customer)
