Cohort Analysis without fixed months

Hi, 

Im trying to make a cohort where you can compare cohort by column and not a diagonal like in all the other examples on the forum.

Similar to this (active users):

However, since I cant figure out of to reference the YearMonth of the row in my expression I cant get it to work in the same way if I have the actual month in the column headers.

Please help
