I am trying to create a rule that allows a certain user to read, create, update, etc. an app when owned by a specific person (whether it is published or unpublished). I am having trouble pin-pointing where I am having issues

Collaboration Rule

The audit of an unpublished app owned by the indicated person

I am new to Security rules, but i used:

resource.owner.name="" instead of owner.name=""

and it seemed to work.
