Column Total in P&L Pivot Table

Hi,

I am new to Qlik Sense, I am struggling to find the column total in a P&L Pivot table from Custom objects.

I have a colmn 'Department' as dimension and MTD, YTD as measures. I want to achieve column totals shown at the bottom of the table which I am not able to do.
