Combo chart bar colors by expression to reflect dimensions

the pie on the right shows expenses by  description. The combo chart on the left shows expenses (bar) + budget (line marker) by month.

I would like the bar colors to reflect the components by description so they are the same as the pie. I don't mind the color choices as long as they are consistent.

I know this can be achieved with a stacked bar chart but then i won't be able to reflect the monthly budget as a marker which is a must.

How can i force the combo bars to reflect their components by color? is it possible at all?
