Connecting a Hierarchy tree to bar chart data

Hi, I currently have a hierarchy tree with various months of data and trends etc. I am trying to create a link to a bar chart so if one month was selected on the tree the relevant information plus it's historical data would show on the bar chart is this achievable?Targets tree.PNG
