Connectivity Issues

We have been facing some connectivity issues since almost a week now.

 

With no apparent reason, new users have been complaining of not being able to access the apps.  Lately, I myself even with service account have been unable to access apps.

Error:  "Connect Lost. Make sure that ......

PFA the error message.  Could you please help us out in resolving this.
