Constraining a chart or sheet by a measure.

Trying to get up to speed on Qlik.

I'm trying to constrain a sheet to show all charts where my margin (a measure) is 10% or less. I'm having a devil of a time figuring this one out. Essentially I want everything on the sheet to be constrained by this and I'm willing to do this retail or wholesale so to speak.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
