I'm afraid I can't work out what you are looking to achieve in your app with regards to a conversion rate.
Sharing the source data may make it easier to see what is going on.
You have brought the data in with the data manager, which has made a bit of a mess of the field names and things. Loading the data with the Load Script Editor tends to give you a cleaner more understandable app.
