Convert condition to set analysis

can someone help me with conversion from

if(Match([Month/Year],TermDate) and Flag='Termination', count(distinct [Empl ID])) to Set analysis format?

Hi, Maybe? count(distinct {<[Month/Year]={"TermDate"},Flag={'Termination'}>} [Empl ID])

Maybe needs some fix to use TermDate in the same format as [Month/Year].
