Count only if another field's value is less than 1

Hi

Quite a simple one. 

I just want to create a KPI that displays the count of Stockpiles where the Tonnage isn't 0 (or Less than 1)

Example

Stockpile	Tonnage
1	23
2	0
3	21
4	0
5	54
6	21

So the answer I'm looking for is 119.
