Counting partial values in a table

Please help if you can.

I am trying to create a table in Qlik that allows me to count partial values.  Example below.

I have 3 forms  ['Form 1'], ['Form 2'], ['Form 3']

I want to count all of ['Form 1'] and ['Form 2'] but only part of ['Form 3'] based on whether the user selected 'Yes' or not to a question unique to ['Form 3'].

The problem I can get one or the other but not both as either options omits the other.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  I should also point out that I have a diluted version of Qlik Sense so solution would need to be in expression form.

Many thanks

Louise

Sure, please see attached sample data.  Effectively what I want to be able to do is count all of 'Form 1', all of 'Form 2' and all of 'Form 3' providing they answered 'Yes' to the question 'Did it result in loss?' (which only features on 'Form 3'). Any entries where the answer was 'No' for this question I want to omit from the 'Form 3' count.

Hope this makes sense?

Thanks for taking the time to assist.
