Create field combining two fields based on another field

Hi,

I need help to combine tables. I have two tables:

CustomFieldKey2MultipleValue
Ax-1
By-2
CzYes-
CzYes-

 

Key2Values
z3
z4

 

I need to create a third table like:

CustomFieldValue
A1
B2
C3

C

4

 

Is there a script fuction to do this?
