Creating App Getting No Access Pass Error

After all configuration from QMC I logged into Qlik Sense URL with proper login credentials, then I'm trying to create new App getting error.

"you cannot access qlik sense because you have no access pass"

That is normal given if you don't have a licence.

Have you assigned yourself a pro licence and if needed the correct security
