Creating a Clustered Bar Chart From Matrix Table Data

Please review the snippet of my data file that I attached to the post. Basically, I have a couple matrix tables in a Qualtrics survey and when the data is exported it is exported in the format shown in the file. I want to somehow display this data in a clustered bar chart rather than creating multiple different charts, one for each sub question, but so far I have been unable to successfully do so in Qlik.
How do I need to modify this data in order to create a clustered bar chart as shown in my Qualtrics example file that is also attached. I have only been able to create a clustered bar chart in Qlik with 1 dimension and multiple measures (also attached as an image), but every single bar is the same height (count).
