Creating range of data from a field in a table

Hi all,

I have a field in my table which indicates the cost price of products.

Now i want to make a range of cost price like 0-999, 999-2999,3000-4999,..........so on.

Then i will use this price range as a dimension in my charts.

Kindly get me through this.
