Cross browser testing of Qlik Sense app

I'm a new to Qlik Sense application, and I have a question about best practices for testing of Qlik Sense app.

We have differen Qlik Sense applications which represent data as reports (in different tables, various dimensions, etc.)

Tell me please, is cross broswer testing applicable for Qlik sense applications? Does it make sense to perorm this kind of testing?
