Cross table with multiple values

Hi  Friends,

I have doubt while writing cross table script in qliksense in back end.

I have attached the screenshot inputs(6×12) and output(15×7)tables.

Please help me out in script part.

I want year and quantity and net sales and units  values as separate fields after writing cross table.
