Cumulative is is not working as expected

I need to perform for the field Name OLD. According to year and program name.

In the screeshot,

It works fine for first year 2016-01, but for 2017 it should have values as 0.28 but it is summing up with the previous one.

I tried both the below script.. both not working fine as expected.

LOAD
"Year",
OLD,
RangeSum(peek('Cumulative') , OLD) AS Cumulative
Resident EXT

ORDER by Year;

Load

OLD,
Year,
"Program Name",
rangeSum(peek('Cumulative') ,OLD) AS Cumulative
Resident EXT;

what i am doing wrong here

hi, you should add more fields to the order sentence, for example 'program name'
