Cumulative number from last year by Quarter

Hello,

I have a table that have Fiscal Year and Fiscal Quarter and number of customer that made purchase.

For each year and quarter and need to add a cloumn that brings total number of clients from last year. See example below.

What formula should I use? I tried Above and Rangesum but did not get desired reuslt.

Can anyone help?
