Custom Highlight Qlik sense Table columns based on values

I have a big data set table in Qlik Sense

There are product revisions like below and i want to highlight the latest two revisions. The data is unsorted.  

Prod-Rev 

0186-001-01
0186-001-02
0186-001-03 - highlight green
0186-001-04 - highlight green

01116-001-01
01116-001-02 - highlight green
01116-001-03 - highlight green

How this can be done?

Any suggestions guys. i was not able to find result on google either. appreciate if someone can help me.
