DNS Error

Hi,

I have a REST Connector that connects to an API. When reloading, I get an error which says “DNS error”. This app does work if I use it on another server.

Please can you assist. Thanking you in advance.

- Make sure you can ping the API server from the machine where Qlik Sense engine is running

- Try using IP of the API server in the URL instead of server name

Thank you for your reply.  I've tried the API on another server and it works.

I actually restarted the server and it is working.
