The number of records is not related to the storage size and RAM consumption of the application else it depends on the number of fields + number of distinct field-values + the content of the field-values. How much the application consumed could you see within the file-explorer (by Sense I don't know if compression is supported - if so I would disable the feature) and/or within the task-manager.
