Data Connection access issue for auth0 users

Hi All,

 

Recently, i have enabled auth0 configuration through virtual proxy combined with central proxy. Users were able to login and run the apps, but however , users with professional access cannot use existing data connections or even create the data connaections. There is an additional login screen appears  on to the screen.

Does anyone faced the issue? Please shae some thoughts to resolve it.
