Data Loading Issue From Microsoft SQl Server

When I Try to Fetch Data From Microsoft Sql Server,  Data Is Not Loading , I have Checked the Connection, Connection has No error 

No line Has Been Fetched Time Running With Connected.

Have you selected the db table(s) to load from?
