Data Refresh

I am very new to sense and am working my way through the videos (which have been very useful!)

Is there a way in sense to automatically refresh from the source data? i.e. an excel sheet or other database

I am also new to the Qlik world, but I know in Qlikview, there is a reload button?

Yes, add a reload task for the Qlik Sense app in the QMC. See the online help for more information: Tasks ‒ Qlik Sense
