Good Morning,
This may be a simple one, but I just can't seem to figure it out. Is there a way for Qlik to show ALL data, rather than only the customer accounts with spend against them?
Example: If we have 1000 customers and 800 of them have spent then when looking at the GrossSales measure only these 800 accounts will appear and the remaining 200 won't appear anywhere. I'd like it so these accounts still appear but appear as '0'.
Any and all help is appreciated!
All the best,
Michael
This is usually the default, unless you've unchecked the "Include zero values" box under data handling.
Hi Or,
Thank you for your response. Forgive my ignorance, but where can I find the Data Handling drop down? Is it in the Management Console or is it found directly in the App?
All the best,
Michael
This is found within each individual object (my screen capture was taken from a Table).

Hi Or,
My apologies for my supremely late reply. I've just noticed that I left this open ended.
I had the Include zero values box ticked (by default) although I realised that the customers that hadn't spent that weren't appearing were customers that hadn't spent outside of our data. Our loaded data is of the last 5 years, and these customers may have spent 6 years ago, for example, hence why they aren't appearing - which makes sense!
Another query that came of this however is that when we have a Pivot Table showing Jan-Dec as Columns and Customers as Rows, where a customer hasn't spent in a month the value is shown as a hyphen ( - ). Is it possible to specify that these be shown as '0' anywhere?
