Data load editor

New User : I am going thru one of the YouTube tutorials on building an app and have gotten to point where it wants me to click "circle with diamond" symbol and select "Data load editor" - neither of which seem to be available to me.  I have Qlik Sense Desktop - 2021 w Patch1 release.  How do I get to the script editor so I can change the regional settings identified by "SET" prefix?  thanks for any help

I do have this one in Qlik Sense Desktop to select the Data load editor.

Clicking on Data load editor will bring you into the view below.
