Data upload - Problem

Dear all,

I'm new in Qlik Sense but I think I already have a problem - maybe a bug problem.

When I click in "add data" it starts on "initializing Add Data" and nothing happens. It remains like that.

My version is 10.7.6.

In march I did't have this problem, but now I don't know why it happens.

Someone could help me?

But they couldn't help me.

Latest Sense is on version 3.2. 

Make sure you are up to date.

I'm on version 3.2 SR4 and I have the same problem so I don't think it's version related...

Hi Vincenzo,

i am also having the same issue. My user created an app -> click on add data button -> stuck at "Initializing add data".

Have you solved it?

Hello,

I restarted proxy service and it worked fine for me. But not sure how it helped. Please let me know if anyone found the root cause and a possible solution for this issue.
