DataManager.Error.Title > "Data profiling could not be completed."

Hi,

I'm new to Qliksense. I used Qlikview before this and I am trying to load an excel file into Qliksense but everytime I get the same error:

"Data profiling could not be completed".

Is there any way to get around this error?

It is very frustrating because I get this error every time I load any file. I even tried csv, excel, qvd, etc.

After installing September 2018 Desktop update I get the same error message while I didn't have this problem in the June 2018 version.

I've reinstalled the September 2018, ran repair option and downloaded again, but version 12.36.1 gives this error message in all reports and all Excel files.

Any idea??
