Date creation in QS to calculate QTD

Hi All,

Could you please help me creating YTD expression for the data in the attached....

Details,

I have data month wise like P1,P2,P3,P4......P12. Here P1 corresponds to Jan and similarly subsequent months P12 is December. i have data for Actuals, Budget and Forecast. I don't have any date as a field in the data.

My requirements are:

1.I have to represent the data in the form of below chart and how to to achieve that

2.How to create date in data so as to achieve YTD requirement
