Date picker not working with FR location
Hi,
(French person here)
I'm trying to change the start date of the date picker to =monthstart(addmonths(today(),-1)
As we are the 10th of May 2021 (10/05/2021 in DD/MM/YYYY format), the result of the calcul is 01/04/2021 (DD/MM/YYYY format). But if I apply this, the start date becomes 04/01/2021 (4th of January 2021 in MM/DD/YYYY format).
I've changed the Calendar Settings to
- Locale : ='fr'
- Format ='DD/MM/YYYY'
- Separator = '/'
In the data load editor
- SET DateFormat='DD/MM/YYYY';
- SET CollationLocale='fr-FR';
We use Qlik Sense (February Patch 4)
Is there anyway to apply the correct format to the date ?

Hi,
What happens if you add an Date#() as the interpreter? Does that help?

Unfortunately no ...
Still interpreting the date as an US format date instead of not-US date.

Hi! Did you figure this one out eventually? I experience the same with language code 'nl' (Dutch) 😞
