Hello,

We have existing connections to apps that reload perfectly fine, however sometime the scheduled triggers through QMC do not work. It fails after the first table and I receive the following error:

Error: Connector reply error: Unable to connect to database:
Error message:
Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host and other properties. Description: Client unable to establish connection
Execution Failed
Execution finished.

What causes this error and why does it happen sporadically? I would think if there is a connection issue, a once only trigger would also fail but it does not.

Hi @liamkelly 

What about load data in Data Load Editor? If data loading successful in the Data Load Editor, the connection should be fine.
