Desktop version 2.2.4 vs Enterprize version

I have updated my desktop version to 2.2.4 and like it   Is the update for the Enterprise version the exact same?  and if not can I go back to the enterprise version before upgrade?

From what I know you can't downgrade but the desktop and server versions should match.
