Detail Header?

I have a table I am trying to format so that the comments column is presented below the other columns of data.

In Access, I am able to create a "Detail Header" with all the columns of data except for comments showing in each "Detail Header" with the comments columns displaying in the "Detail".  All the needed data currently resides in the same table.

I am trying to get the same type of format in Qlik.

Any thoughts or direction is greatly appreciated.

Just give a try 

Add your main fields as dimensions

Add Comments as last dimension

Turn on “Always fully expanded”
