Dimension in Set analyst

Hello everyone,

I need help for an expression.

Original measure for max ID

ID	Data	Counting
111	AA	0
222	BB	1
333	CC	0

Counting = Count({$<ID={$(=Max(ID)-111)}>}DISTINCT ID)

I want to display for each ID value as 

ID	Data	Counting
111	AA	1
222	BB	1
333	CC	0

Counting = Count({$<ID={$(=(ID)-111)}>}DISTINCT ID)

But, it seem like not work. All counting data is 0. Anyone can help me?
