Dimension labels on lines line chart

Hi,

We're trying to create a slope graph in Qlik Sense and we're really close to what we want. The only thing we want to add is the dimension labels next to each line on the "March" line so that you don't force the user to either hover over the graph, use a legend (with a differentiated color scheme). Is there any way to do this? Thanks!

There is a D3 Chart Extension that includes 30 different D3 chart types, including the Slope Graph.
