Disable users publishing sheet but not bookmarks

Hi Folks

I have a requirement to let the analyzer and professional users publish their bookmarks in an app in a stream but disable publishing sheet for professional Users. Currently, from one of the post I tried unchecking "Publish" option in stream security access, but that would also revoke the rights to publish/unpublish already created bookmarks for users.

Any suggestions?

Hello,
How does we can prevent users to publish a bookmark?
I'd like to grant users to only create a bookmark but they should not be able to publish it.

Could someone help me to achieve it?
