Displaying data sets from one column

Hi,

Can someone help me with the following please.

Depot	Site	Status
Derby	Derby	Ontime
Derby	Birmingham	Late
Derby	Derby	Ontime
Derby	Nottingham	Late

Above is a sample data i will be working with -

I basically need to dis include Derby from column 2 and show only Birmingham and Nottingham for the depot Derby.

I will also be pulling in another excel spreadsheet for other depots - for example

Depot	Site	Status
Birmingham	Derby	Ontime
Birmingham	Nottingham	Late
Birmingham	Birmingham	Ontime

Here i will need to dis include Birmingham in column 2.

now when my L2 QVD is generated all these will be combined in one table - does anyone know how i will go about this and how?
