Download data from Atlassian Jira

Hi Folks,

i have got a question: my environment does look like: there is an URL: for instance : https://jira-projekte.abacus.ch

i want to imprort data from this environment on the base of above: URL,

Does have anybody any idea how to resolve this issue? should i install the Web Connector?
