Im trying to download the update to upgrade our server to 3.2 but can't for the life of me find the download page.
It says go to the customer download page (and links have been provided in the discussions) but it automatically redirects me to QlikView Personal download.
I agree: downloading an upgrade should not cause this amount of dizziness. For most modern software, the old version will prompt and link you to the upgrade -- or do it for you automatically.
Admin blogs about new upgrades, but does not give the appropriate link for the download: what's with that?
I gave up on QLIK 3.2 a month ago, because I could see no way to download it after literally hours of trying.
Now, we are teased with Qlik Geoanalytics download. It's the same story. Follow the link to download, and it takes you to QlikView or somewhere else. Please don't publish these announcements unless you can link us to the product download.
(Yes, I am logged in. Yes, I also have a subscription to the Sense Cloud (which is deliberately crippled by not supporting Extensions -- imaging that?) Since Geoanalytics comes as an extension, guess what? you can't get it in the cloud with your subscription, although it is available on the free desktop which allows Extensions.)
Bottom line: please place downloads in the usual and most logical place (Support); and have the links point to the correct product. And, if you announce it -- when you announce it -- please include the correct link to download the product.
