Drill-down/Cyclic Group

I created a drill down group of Type of Claim>Team>Claims Handler>Claim Number, and that works fine.

When I try to make a second group with Team>Claims Handler>Claim Number, it doesn't work.

I tried it both drill down and cyclic group.

And neither work.

Would appreciate someone's thoughts on it.
