For OLEDB you need the ODAC Xcopy Packages

Use XCopy Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) packages to deploy ODAC to large numbers of machines. XCopy allows complete installation and configuration customization. ODAC XCopy packages include:

• Oracle Providers for ASP.NET
• Oracle Provider for OLE DB
• Oracle OLAP Provider for OLE DB
• Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Server
• Oracle Instant Client
